The application form and the supporting documents can be submitted personally or can be sent by post (contact details).

Please note that in accordance with the recognition procedure only the following documents can be considered as a certified translation and a certified copy:

Certified translation
- a certified translation made by the National Office for Translation and Attestation (OFFI Zrt.)
- a translation bearing the verification clause of a Hungarian consulate
- a translation bearing the verification clause of a Hungarian public notary
- a translation considered to be certified by the legislation of a Member State

Certified copy
- a copy considered to be certified by the national law (e.g a certified copy made by a public notary)
- a copy made by a consultant of the Center – in case of personal submittance of the application, during the opening hours of the Center – used in the procedure of the Center only
- a certified copy of a foreign language document made by the National Office for Translation and Attestation (OFFI Zrt.)
- a copy considered to be certified according to the legislation of a Member State
