Other things to do before the start of the healthcare activity

The recognition of the qualification does not exempt the Applicant from complying with other requirements imposed by law in order to work in Hungary, such as:

• the registration into the Basic Register (Diploma Register);
• if it is compulsory, the registration in the competent chamber, the Applicant needs to apply for membership (the membership of the chamber is not compulsory for medical doctors, dentists and clinical workers);
• the registration into the Operational Register, the Applicant needs to apply for license (condition of the pursuance of unsupervised healthcare activity).
